Conduct a Competitive Comparison Analysis:

List the (5) nearest direct competitors and answer the following questions for each competitor-

• Who are their clients?
• What fees are they charging and how do your fees compare?
• How are they advertising?
• What are their strengths (what are they doing well)?
• What are their weaknesses (what can I capitalize on)?
• Why should prospects hire you or buy from you instead of them?

Next, answer the questions on what sets you apart from your competition-

• How do you differ from your competitors?
• What makes you special/ unique?
• What can you offer that they don't?
